The VideoScribe platform, including our software, algorithms, design, and branding, is our property (or our licensors'). These terms don't give you any ownership rights to our platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.
We work hard to keep VideoScribe running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We're not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Remember: we automatically delete your videos and transcriptions after 24 hours. Download your files before then. We're not responsible for any data loss, so please keep backups of important content.
You can stop using VideoScribe at any time. If you want to delete your account, contact us at support@videoscribe.pro.
